Most commonly known as Zeno, however full name is Matt Zenovich and I am a road racer from New Zealand turned gravel explorer and still enjoying the local racing scene.
I raced 6 years in professional level teams across Oceania, Europe and Asia. Racing against the best in the world getting beaten and sometimes coming out on top. I gathered a lot of experience which I am now happy to pass on to a new generation.

Custom Programs are charged out every 5 weeks and will cost $50 to unlock. Custom programs will be online using intervals (power-meter required)
Intervals Training programs will not be updated until payment received.

If your not wanting to have someone monitoring your efforts or writing custom made programs around your lifestyle or simply want some undercover guidance then these ready made programs are for you!
There are a total of 4 different programs that can be mix matched and mashed together to make a big self made program or just repeat the one that seems to work best with you.
I do suggest working through each program individually and before starting the next one, have a nice easy week of riding and relaxing. Over training is a real thing and can have extreme negative effects on performance and your bodies ability to improve in both fitness and strength.
